Inke successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 12 (stock code: 03700.HK). After Inke went public, the Group indirectly held its 12.13% stake through Beijing Duomi.

The Group further acquired an additional 13.56% equity interest in Lanlanlanlan Film & Television. After the completion of this transaction, the Group held 23.56% equity interest in Lanlanlanlan Film & Television.

The Group joined Tencent to acquire 51% equity interest of the independent game company Mu77.
