The Group has holding of 10% equity interest in Lanlanlanlan Film & Television Media (Tianjin) Co., Ltd （ “Lanlanlanlan Film & Television” ） by way of capital increase and entering into equity transfer agreements with independent third parties.

The Group has set up its wholly-owned subsidiary – Jisu Woniu Film & Television Media (Shenzhen) Co., Limited (极速蜗牛影视传媒（深圳）有限公司, “A8 Film & Television”), aiming at engaging in the business of producing network dramas, videos, films and the like, and linking literatures, films and televisions and games together to foster shared development in the future.
